Love outdoors? Our team is looking for a Project Manager to oversee road, trail, pathway, and bridge improvements in some of New York’s most beautiful state parks. This role offers the chance to combine your civil engineering expertise with meaningful projects that enhance public spaces in Columbia County, NY.

ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do:
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities on park roads, bridges, and pathways.
- Keep projects on track by managing contractors, schedules, and documentation.
- Work closely with the client, providing technical guidance and clear communication.
- Handle submittals, requisitions, change orders, and progress reporting.
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in site civil work.
- NYSDOT Project Experience including familiarity with the following:
- Payment processing experience, Unit price contract
- Standard Specification for Construction and Materials
- Contract Administration, Materials and Construction Inspection Manual
- NICET Level III a plus
- Bachelors in civil engineering, or related field preferred
- PE or CCM a plus
- OSHA 30 Certification
Strong leadership and communication skills—you’ll be the main point of contact with the client and contractors.

- Compensation: Min $140,000 Max: $180,000
- The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.
Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location
