Job Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to join our Service Operations team as a Field Service Manager (FSM) in the Orlando market. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive best-in-class service while keeping our field fleet running safely and efficiently. The FSM partners with the Regional Service Director and leads a team of Field Service Technicians who install, maintain, and service our equipment in the field.

Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Field Service Technicians, providing ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are safe, compliant, and ready for daily operations. Monitor routing and scheduling for maximum efficiency.
Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction through strong relationship management and a solutions-focused approach.
Support site surveys, installations, and troubleshooting; apply knowledge of plumbing, drainage, and building layouts.
Submit accurate reports, expenses, payroll, and compliance documentation in a timely manner.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. Step in for other FSMs or the RSD when needed.
Serve as the designated manager for all on-call responsibilities within your region.
Requirements
Technical diploma/certification (vocational or trade school) preferred.
Experience managing teams in a route-based or fleet-driven environment (service, delivery, or operations).
Strong working knowledge of field service work: plumbing, water/ice/coffee equipment, or related technical systems preferred.
Comfortable with tools, ladders, and aerial platforms (6+ feet).
OSHA 10-hour certified (or ability to complete within 3 months).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ServiceMax or Salesforce a plus.
Tech-savvy with tablets, smartphones, and digital workflow tools.
Valid driver’s license in good standing and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
Flexibility for occasional overnight travel.
