Position: Instructional Designer
Location: Remote (some travel may be required)

Role Overview
Design and develop engaging learning experiences for onboarding and professional development across our organization.
What You’ll Do
Learning Design & Development
- Create e-learning, microlearning, and virtual instructor-led content
- Use tools like Articulate 360, Canva, and WellSaid Labs
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders
- Continuously improve content based on feedback and trends
LMS Administration
- Upload/test SCORM files
- Manage course catalog and updates
- Utilize LMS features (e.g., evaluations)
SharePoint Management
- Update team pages and permissions
- Design new pages and manage content libraries
Special Projects
- Support ad hoc learning initiatives as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in instructional design or related field
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in:
* Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline)
* Canva, MS Office 365, SharePoint Online
* WellSaid Labs, SurveyMonkey
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Video creation experience (Camtasia, Synthesia) a plus
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- LMS/SCORM experience preferred
