Registered Nurse –Inpatient Hospice, Night Shift 6:45pm- 7:15am
Location: Northwest Hospital and Sinai Hospital.
Join our compassionate and dedicated team at Bridging Life Hospice part of LifeBridge Health! We’re currently seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care on our Inpatient unit. This position is for a RN open to covering both Northwest and Sinai's Hospice Inpatient Unit.
Position Summary:
As a Registered Nurse in Hospice, you will provide comprehensive and patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process. You will be responsible for collecting and documenting health data, collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a supportive and safe environment.
