What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a 5-6 person crew with:
5+ years of experience in hot applied waterproofing
Willingness to travel for projects across the region
Strong work ethic, teamwork, and attention to safety
Reliable transportation and valid IDs
Compensation:
💲 Starting at $25/hr, depending on experience and crew composition
📅 Full-time work with steady hours
🚐 Travel opportunities with per diem and lodging covered
