Summary
Responsible for the computerized release of the quantity of parts produced and/or assembled, aiming
to feed the system for registration, consultation, monitoring and control.
Responsibilities
- Carry out the collection and delivery of specific appointment sheets in the production cells;
- Carry out the appointment of products manufactured by third parties (tapes and stickers),
- through the appointment by the collector or in the form of contingency and visual inspection of
- the product;
- Execute the typing of the notes in a computerized system based on the entries made by the
- machine operators; Issue labels to meet
- internal production and third parties based on the
- schedule;
- Print performance reports and weight variation, for monitoring the production plan after
- typing the forms;
- Make corrections in the notes sheets based on the veracity of the information and
- communicate to the coordinator;
- Inventory the products and items in preparation through the stock position reports;
- Guide operators in the correct use of codes and downtimes based on internal procedures;
- Inform and deliver pending schedule orders to operators at each shift start for daily planning of changes and tasks to be performed during the shift based on schedule;
- Issue a report that demonstrates the progress of the annotation system in order to detect errors in the entries of scrap, parts and times according to internal procedure;
- Update the production self-management framework with regard to machine stop codes based on the notes performed by the factory;
- Keep the factory clean and organized based on the 5S criterion;
- Train and guide teams regarding rules and procedures.
Requirements
- Professional Experience in similar roles in a manufacturing department.
- Education: High School diploma
