Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile HR Coordinator to join our team at the Addison Service Center in Addison, TX. This position involves overseeing daily HR admin functions and providing crucial HR support. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented professional capable of managing a variety of tasks efficiently. This role requires onsite presence for 3 days a week and may be remote the remaining 2 days.
Hybrid role- Must be able to be in office in Addison, Texas 3 days per week
Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR team with various administrative HR tasks such as verifications of employment, offboarding of employees, and job changes/transfers
- Assume ownership of employee file maintenance
- Manage the entering and updating of information in our HRIS system while ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards
- Assist in ensuring that our HRIS system accurately reflects all promotions, transfers and reporting structures
- Assist in HR audits to ensure that HR data is current
- Respond to routine employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures while upholding our CRAFT values
- Help coordinate both in-person and virtual culture programs, as needed including administration of our quarterly CRAFT awards.
- Send out regular HR surveys and report on the returned data
- Be a liaison between other teams, such as IT and Payroll, to ensure a smooth employee experience for all
- Serve as the onsite HR contact for the Addison Service Center, addressing employee inquiries and concerns
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Director
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel to headquarters
