Location: Rocky Mountain Kidney Care – Lone Tree, CO
Pay Range: $19.00–$28.00/hour, depending on experience

We’re seeking a temporary Medical Assistant to assist our team and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer phones, direct calls, take messages, and provide appropriate information
Distribute and review patient forms for completeness and clarity
Check-in patients: update records, verify insurance, and take ID/photos
Monitor and restock patient materials in the lobby
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
Track and report daily visit numbers
Confirm appointments and return all calls by end of day
Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
Note: This is a temporary role and not an all-inclusive list of duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
At least 3 years of experience in a direct patient care or front office role
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to calmly manage challenging situations
Computer and basic office equipment proficiency
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to certify as a Medical Assistant within 6 months (if the role becomes permanent)
