We’re looking for motivated recent graduates to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Mortgage Team as Loan Consultants. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Engage with Borrowers: Manage inbound and outbound calls with consumers interested in purchasing or refinancing residential properties.
- Pre-Qualify Applicants: Evaluate credit, income, assets, and other financial data to effectively pre-qualify borrowers.
- Recommend Loan Solutions: Present tailored loan options that align with borrower needs while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Manage Loan Pipeline: Maintain a robust pipeline of applicants and oversee the loan process from initial application through funding.
- Deliver Clear Communication: Provide timely, transparent, and professional communication to guide borrowers through every step of the mortgage process.
- Leverage Technology: Utilize CRM and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) to manage leads, document interactions, and track loan progress.
- Stay Industry-Savvy: Stay informed on current mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends to deliver informed recommendations.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly production targets and conversion metrics.
- Maintain Licensing: Proactively obtain and maintain required state licenses as directed by Orion180.
