Job Summary:
Performs network related functions, system moves, adds and changes. Installs and terminates fiber and copper cables. Assists with ensuring continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Shannon network. Analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network-related problems. Prepare and maintain documentation of implemented network topology, disaster recovery plans, and systems. Domain user and email account administration. Provide network related technical support to staff and vendor service personnel. Performs other related duties as required.

Associates: Preferred
Certificate of Information Systems: Preferred
Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience: Preferred
Experience:
1-2 Year of Networking: Preferred
Certification & Licensure:
MTA: Preferred
Network+: Preferred
CCNA: Preferred
