What You will Do:
- Proactive Sales Execution: Operate as a self-motivated and results-driven sales professional, consistently taking initiative to identify new business opportunities and exceed performance targets.
- Drive Market Growth: Execute high-impact sales strategies that contribute to Pen Manufacturing's market expansion and long-term growth—especially in sectors aligned with our core capabilities like precision sheet metal and CNC assemblies.
- Customer Development & Deal Closing: Build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers, manage your sales pipeline with discipline, and close high-value deals that move the needle.
- Own the Sales Process: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to quoting and close—with precision, persistence, and professionalism.
- Data-Driven Performance: Leverage CRM tools and data insights to track progress, identify trends, and refine your outreach approach for greater conversion.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned with Pen Manufacturing's capabilities and deliverables
Who You Are:
- Experienced in B2B Sales: 3+ years of total sales experience, including at least 1 year in industrial or manufacturing sectors. You understand technical buyers and long sales cycles.
- Well-Connected: You bring a network of industry contacts—engineers, buyers, or ops leaders—that helps you open doors and build trust quickly.
- Goal-Oriented: You're competitive, self-motivated, and consistently hit or exceed quotas.
- Strategic & Insightful: You qualify leads effectively, align needs with capabilities, and use CRM data to improve performance.
- Proven Closer: You've built a track record of turning opportunities into revenue and are ready for more.
