Responsibilities
Guide customers through the service process from drop-off to pick-up
Accurately recommend needed maintenance and repairs
Coordinate with techs for timely, high-quality work
Drive CSI excellence with proactive communication
What You'll Bring
2+ years as a Service Advisor (domestic brands a plus)
Strong sales acumen with an integrity-first approach
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year (base + commission)
Base pay plus monthly commission plan
