About the role
Position: Tour & Events Team Associate
Location: On site at LA Office Headquarters / hello82 LA (Beverly/Fairfax area)
Work Hours: Part-Time. Between 10:30AM-7:30PM
Key Responsibilities
- Must be able to speak and interpret Korean and English fluently
- Perform a wide variety of tasks relating to all forms of tour production/promotion
- Go on runs when items must be picked up or delivered
- Assist in administrative duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be labor-intensive
- Assist in defining the project scope and budget
- Communicate with external companies in order to maintain a good working relationship
- Follow up with other internal teams on project schedules and making sure everything is ready
- Perform other duties that may relate to tour production
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in Korean and English
- Must have valid drivers license and willing to drive
- Experience working with Google Suite
- Basic understanding of tour production technology not required, but preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organizational and able to prioritize deliverables, as well as multitask
- Good communication skills and customer oriented
- Ability to work both in a collaborative environment and also independently and monotonously
- Proactive and highly motivated
- Business travel required
- Due to the nature of the business and work scope, must be willing to work weekends / holidays when required
