About the Role
The Sales Support Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Tendit's growth by managing in-house sales accounts, assisting in proposal development, and maintaining internal coordination across departments. In addition to core sales responsibilities, this role includes assisting with scheduling support ensuring the sales and operations teams are aligned on service timelines, crew availability, and job logistics. This is a hybrid support role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and customer documentation
- Track incoming leads and maintain accurate CRM records
- Coordinate internally with the operations and estimating teams to confirm service availability and timelines
- Assist in preparing bid packages or site details for large jobs or RFPs
- Participate in internal sales and operations meetings to ensure alignment
- Maintain follow-up logs and assist with customer outreach for appointment setting (no cold calling required)
- Help create and maintain daily and weekly schedules for pressure washing crews
- Communicate job assignments and availability updates to sales and operations teams
- Track labor availability and assist in aligning it with upcoming projects
- Update job schedule boards, reports, and tracking sheets
- Monitor changes in crew availability, weather, or other disruptions and flag issues for the Scheduler or Operations Manager
- Confirm that prep steps are completed before scheduled jobs (access info, equipment readiness, etc.)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, dispatch, coordination, or a similar administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and follow-up habits within internal teams
- Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business or logistics is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods as required by operational needs.
- Capability to lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs.
- Manual dexterity for handling tools, documents, and computer systems.
- Ability to safely navigate work environments, including office spaces, client sites, and outdoor areas.
Safety Requirements:
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure team compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular safety training.
- Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.

Compensation for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 hourly, depending on experience.
