Position Summary:

The Risk Manager serves a a leader, collaborating with the health care team to create an environment of high quality patient care and customer satisfaction. Performs quality review on those patients that are in the CMS Quality and Core Measure sets. Abstracts data on these patients after discharge, collecting data from these measures as well as patient surveys to present reports. Assists with and encourages quality improvement works initiatives with each department.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred

Minimum Experience
-
Two years of clinical experience in a patient care area
-
Management experience in a patient care area preferred

Required Registration/License/Certification

Current Kansas registered nurse license
