Responsibilities:
- Process online orders from multiple retailers using our virtual checkout system
- Verify accuracy of customer information and order details
- Investigate and resolve any issues that may arise during the checkout process
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with other team members to meet customer expectations and ensure timely deliveries
- Keep up-to-date with the latest product information and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchases
- Monitor and analyze trends in customer behavior to improve overall checkout process and efficiency
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce industry
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using virtual checkout systems
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
