Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing and maintaining files and documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for the management team.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of company communications, including emails, memos, and newsletters.
- Manage the company"s calendar and handle travel arrangements for the team.
- Act as a point of contact between staff and clients, ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, and place orders when necessary.
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them among attendees.
- Provide support for other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate"s or Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a logistics or transportation company.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
The pay range for this role is:27.21 - 33 USD per hour(Remote (Seattle, Washington, US))
