Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively communicate with customers to identify their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Build strong and lasting relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty towards our company
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information about our services
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and upsell services to existing customers
- Create and implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights to improve our services
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews on various platforms and respond promptly to maintain a positive online reputation
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and complaints
- Keep track of customer data and maintain accurate records for future reference
- Identify customer trends and behavior to anticipate their needs and preferences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer engagement tools
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive and customer-centric attitude
The pay range for this role is:27 - 33 USD per hour(Remote (Kansas City, Missouri, US))
