Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our services and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Process orders, track shipments, and provide status updates to customers.
- Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
- Document all call information in our CRM system accurately.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals and targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Uphold a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Assist in training and mentoring new call center agents when needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The pay range for this role is:25.17 - 31 USD per hour(Remote (Louisville, Kentucky, US))
