Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing timely and effective responses to their inquiries
- Coordinate with our operations and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our customer service processes and procedures
- Provide support and assistance to customers throughout the entire service process, from initial inquiry to resolution
- Utilize our company"s software systems to track customer orders and ensure timely deliveries
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services and address any feedback or concerns they may have
- Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-term relationships with our clients
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to effectively manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software systems
The pay range for this role is:25.21 - 33.15 USD per hour(Remote (Miami, Florida, US))
