Location: Levindale Hospital, LifeBridge Health – Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Full-Time (Day or Night Shift, 12-hour shifts with weekend rotation)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on experience

Join Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health, as a Registered Nurse in our High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) — a specialized unit providing complex, high-acuity care for patients recovering from acute brain injuries, respiratory failure, post-acute conditions, and other serious health challenges.

About the HICU at Levindale
- 20 semi-private rooms caring for up to 40 high-acuity patients
- Focused on advanced recovery and rehabilitation for patients with complex clinical needs
- Interdisciplinary team includes respiratory therapy, rehab, pharmacy, social work, and nutrition
- Nurses utilize critical care protocols, early symptom intervention, and family-centered approaches
- Collaborative, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on positive communication and learning
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, evidence-based, age-appropriate nursing care
- Operate advanced monitoring and life-support equipment, including ventilators, telemetry, and IV therapy
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and adjust individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on goals of care and treatment processes
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and mentoring opportunities

Qualifications
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Experience
- One to five years of critical care or high-acuity nursing experience preferred
- New RN graduates will be considered with strong clinical potential
Licensure & Certification
- Active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license
- American Heart Association BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required within one year of hire
