Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with efficient and accurate assistance.
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including general questions and complex issues.
- Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate any emerging issues or trends to the appropriate department.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The pay range for this role is:27.05 - 32.10 USD per hour(Remote (Summerville, South Carolina, US))
