About the Role
The Tree Climber will work in the field alongside a small crew and perform landscape maintenance of trees at various commercial properties. This will include, but is not limited to, trimming, installation, and storm damage clean up.
WhatYou Will Do:
- Performance of tree maintenance at commercial properties
- Proper use of tools and PPE to safely and effectively climb trees to perform maintenance.
- Use of hand tools, power tools, climbing equipment
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- A current & valid driver's license with three years of driving experience is required.
- ISA Certified tree worker/climber specialist certification is preferred
- The ability to identify tree types is required
- Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays.
- The ability to work outdoors in all types of weather and conditions.
- Attention to detail.
- Great attendance and reliability.
- A willingness to come to work every day and find ways to improve from the previous day.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to climb and work off of the ground
- Ability to lift 75 pounds occasionally (Team lift or utilizing equipment)
- Requires driving between company or customer locations

Compensation for this position is $25.00 -$30.00 hourly, depending on experience.
