Required Education and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience of construction or related industry contract administration required.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Advanced knowledge of Viewpoint Construction Software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, SharePoint) and Adobe Professional, highly desired.
- Strong computer skills and familiarization with Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) or other document filing system required.
- Experience using Vista by Viewpoint software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- A valid California Driver’s License
