Position Summary:
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
- Recruit, develop, and manage project teams.
- Ensure transparent communication throughout project lifecycles.
Project Execution
- Lead planning and execution of restoration projects.
- Manage schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Oversee all phases of construction and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Customer Experience
- Serve as the primary client contact.
- Ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Manage scope changes and maintain positive client relationships.
- Conduct post-project reviews and integrate feedback.
Operational Duties
- Oversee daily operations of residential reconstruction projects.
- Optimize resource use and monitor performance.
- Implement best practices and maintain documentation.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction or restoration (preferred).
- Experience with insurance-related reconstruction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Builder trend, Next Gear, PSA, Sales Force, Microsoft Project, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to interpret scopes of work and blueprints.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s license (required).
