The Business Process Analyst III will take on a strategic role in shaping Global operational efficiency at a high level, managing large-scale process improvement initiatives, and influencing leadership decisions. This role requires advanced analytical skills, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in process improvement methodologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
oLead large, high-impact process improvement initiatives with significant business implications.
oAct as a change agent, facilitating organizational adoption of new processes and methodologies.
oDrive Global operational transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
oPartner with IT and automation teams (AI, RPA, etc.) to drive technology-enabled process enhancements.
oDevelop and implement governance frameworks to standardize business processes.
oUtilize advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to track process effectiveness.
oWork closely with senior leadership to define and drive process improvement strategies.
oProvide thought leadership on process best practices and industry standards.
oLead process audits to ensure compliance with industry and internal standards.
oData analysis to determine the return on investment (ROI) associated with the initiatives.
Education, Experience, and Certification Requirements:
oBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
o5-7 years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or related fields.
oProficiency in advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
oProven experience leading large, cross-functional process transformation projects.
oStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
oExpertise in process improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.).
