Job Summary
The Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Coordinator (IOP/PHP Coordinator) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for patients with behavioral health or substance use disorders. This role ensures that both programs operate efficiently and effectively, meeting the clinical, operational, and administrative needs of the organization. The IOP/PHP Coordinator will work collaboratively with clinical staff, patients, and external providers to ensure delivery of high-quality care and the development of individualized, evidence-based treatment plans across levels of care.
Qualifications
Education
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field
- Preferred
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field
Experience:
- Required
- One year or more experience in clinical coordinator, case management, and treatment planning
- Preferred
- Two or more years of experience in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment settings
- One year of experience in an IOP setting
Certification/Licensure:
- Preferred
- LBSW, LMSW, LPC-I, LPC, LMFT or certification in Behavioral Health
