About the Role:
We're looking for a tech-savvy, people-friendly Help Desk Analyst to join our team and be a go-to resource for day-to-day IT support across the company. This is an ideal role for someone early in their tech career who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and knows their way around both Macs and PCs. This is a great opportunity to expand your hands-on experience, learn from a seasoned team, and play a key role in supporting the tech needs of our employees.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues; investigate root causes, test solutions, and document resolutions for knowledge sharing.
- Triage and escalate tickets based on priority and complexity
- Support day-to-day troubleshooting for both Mac and PC users
- Assist with basic project work under the direction of senior team members
- Manage hardware logistics including imaging, shipping, and refresh cycles
- Help maintain clean and accurate device/user identity records
- Support onsite technology needs for conference room AV equipment and devices
- Balance multiple tasks throughout the day in a high context switching environment
Location:
This role is based out of our office in the Designer's Guild building in the heart of Minneapolis" North Loop neighborhood. In this role you would be expected to be onsite 3-4 days per week.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and professional experience.
- Hands-on experience in desktop support, help desk or technical support roles through internships, student work or professional experience
- Familiarity with both macOS and Windows operating systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized in a busy environment
- Exposure to device management tools including Microsoft Intune and JAMF
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting technical users or working in a tech-forward company
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Comfortable with ticketing systems and standard help desk workflows

Pay Range:
The pay range for this position is estimated to be $45,000 - $70,000 per year.
There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
