Established Property Management Company with over 55 years in the industry, has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Tech. This person must be able to perform simple property maintenance tasks and assist with unit turnovers.
Our company is in need of a Maintenance Technician to join our team and oversee ongoing repairs of company equipment and facilities. The right candidate should have a 2+ years background in property maintenance and would be responsible for preparing apartments for turnover which includes: painting, lock repair and replacement, window and screen repair, general repairs and cleaning. Experience in plumbing a must. Experience in or willing to learn basic electrical- installing switches, outlets, lighting and ceiling fans. Install garbage disposals, fixing minor leaks in plumbing fixtures, install new plumbing fixtures, and fix minor backups. Must be able to cooperate and work alongside Co. Vendors. Basic carpentry a plus.
