About the role
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily front office operations and support a smooth and professional work environment. This role involves managing the front desk, maintaining office, kitchen and bathroom supplies, handling light cleaning between scheduled cleaning services, and managing social media comments and online review responses during downtime.
What you"ll do
Front Desk Management:
- Greet mail carriers, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Office Organization & Supplies:
- Monitor inventory and order office, kitchen & bathroom supplies as needed
- Ensure common areas are stocked and tidy (break room, conference rooms, bathroom, supply cabinets, etc.)
- Organize incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist in ordering team lunches, organizing team outings and company holiday parties
Light Cleaning Duties:
- Perform light cleaning tasks between professional cleaning visits (e.g., wiping surfaces, emptying trash, tidying up communal areas)
Social Media & Review Management:
- Monitor and respond comments on the company's social media platforms during down time
- Respond to online reviews professionally and promptly, maintaining a positive company image during down time
- Coordinate with management on appropriate messaging and response tone when needed

Qualifications
- 1+ year proven experience in office administration, front desk, or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using email, social media platforms, and basic office software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
