Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and highly organized individual to serve as our Receptionist & Assistant Executive Assistant. This dual-role position will be the first point of contact for our organization and will also provide direct administrative support to the Executive Assistant and senior leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, personable, and adaptable—capable of handling daily office needs as well as supporting the coordination and execution of company events. Dependable transportation is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Receptionist:
- Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and common area.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Handle basic office supply inventory and ordering, including keeping the breakroom stocked with essentials
Assistant Executive Assistant:
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and executive team as needed.
- Assist with calendar scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and related documentation.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events (some evenings/weekends required).
- Help manage vendor communications, RSVPs, and event logistics.
- Track expenses and assist with basic reporting or recordkeeping.
- Attend/assist in hosting events as needed
Experience & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience with event planning or coordination is a plus.
- Ability to work occasional flexible hours when events are scheduled.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
Work Environment:
- In-person role based in a professional office environment.
- Standard hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The pay for this role is:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour plus benefits
