Position Summary: Responsible for the support of the pharmacy 340B program for all qualified entities within the organization. Assures qualifications for the program are met and maintained; the program is fully implemented in all areas of qualified use; related records are complete and accurate; and that the program meets the following primary objectives: Conduct procurement testing audits to validate procurement processes are compliant and 340B savings are accurately reflected to ensure compliance; Conduct IS tracking software and reports, testing audits to confirm that the date is being collected and calculating correcting; Collaborate with Siemens/Cerner and Macro Helix to resolve issues and ensure CDM/NDC information is updated as needed; Strive to standardize formularies between areas and covered entities to achieve maximum participation and savings; Provide education and support to facility purchasers as it pertains to the 340Bprogram; Travel to covered entities within the organization to provide help with compliance, education or support as directed; Maintain a working knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations governing pharmacy and especially the 340B program. Assures 340B program remains compliant with all State and Federal requirements. May perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of pharmacy 340B experience; ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively and professionally with others; perform basic math and statistical functions; proficient in Microsoft applications, i.e. Word,Power Point, Access and Excel; experience in managing multiple assignments; ability to organize and prioritize work load and pay close attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications: One (1) year of pharmacy 340B experience; three (3) years business and analytics experience; one (1)year of pharmacy technician experience; one (1) year of Siemens/Cerner and/or Macro Helix experience.
Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000. Annually
