Here’s what you need to know about this position:
THE WORK
Define and lead a website experimentation and conversion rate optimization strategy focused on B2B growth and self-serve acquisition goals.
Translate advertiser pain points and commercial objectives into structured, scalable testing roadmaps.
Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments across high-impact pages such as the homepage and campaign landing pages, using clear measurement frameworks.
Collaborate closely with product, design, marketing, and engineering teams to launch and iterate on experiments that drive meaningful improvements in funnel performance.
Monitor and analyze user behavior and conversion trends using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or Hotjar.
Promote a culture of experimentation by aligning stakeholders, sharing insights, and building a repeatable, data-driven process.
Turn insights into clear and actionable recommendations that improve conversion rates and the overall experience for B2B customers, particularly small and mid-sized advertisers.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
Five or more years of experience in conversion rate optimization, experimentation, or growth-focused roles with a strong emphasis on B2B or self-serve acquisition funnels.
A proven track record of running testing programs that lead to measurable improvements in engagement and conversion.
Hands-on experience with experimentation tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel, or FullStory.
Strong understanding of how user experience, messaging, and site performance impact digital buyer journeys, especially in B2B contexts.
An analytical mindset with the ability to extract insights and develop compelling, data-backed recommendations.
Confident leading workshops, aligning cross-functional teams, and influencing strategy at multiple levels.
Experience optimizing acquisition flows for small and mid-sized business advertisers is a strong plus.
