As a Direct Marketer, you will be the first point of contact between homeowners and our brand – sparking interest, generating leads, and helping customers discover how Renewal by Andersen can transform their homes.

Responsibilities
- Field Outreach: Go door-to-door in assigned territories to introduce homeowners to Renewal by Andersen products and services.
- Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations to schedule appointments for Design Consultants.
- Brand Representation: Deliver exceptional customer experiences and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Product Knowledge: Communicate our current offers, services, and promotional campaigns with confidence.
- Technology Use: Accurately enter customer data using company-provided electronic devices.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Inside Sales Center (ISC) team members to ensure appointment follow-through.
- Additional Duties: Participate in team meetings and complete other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Age: Must be 18 years or older.
- Experience: Prior door-to-door canvassing or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Self-Starter: Motivated by goals and results; enjoys working independently and outdoors.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Tech-Savy: Able to navigate handheld devices for scheduling and data entry.
- Drive to Succeed: Money-motivated and eager to grow within a supportive organization.
Physical Requirements
- Endurance: Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods throughout the day.
- Mobility: Comfortable with local travel and working in a variety of outdoor environments.
- Technology Use: Ability to carry and operate a touchscreen tablet while on the move.
Our Direct Marketers start at $20 per hour and can earn up to $30 per hour with generous bonuses.
