TITLE: RV Repair Specialist
DIRECT HIRE
LOCATION: West Tawakoni or Quinlan, TX
SHIFT: Day Shift | Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekends as needed
PAY: $25–$40/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The RV Repair Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing recreational vehicles to ensure they meet our high quality standards. This position operates within our retail service shop and supports a new mobile RV service program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components
- Inspect and recondition pre-owned RVs to prepare them for sale
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with service teams for both in-shop and mobile service operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of RV repair experience (required)
- RV Technician Certification (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of RV electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and appliance systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver"s license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
- RV Technician Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
- Technical training in automotive, mechanical, or RV-specific programs is a plus
- Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered
The pay range for this role is:25 - 40 USD per hour(West Tawakoni, TX)
