We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated individual to provide additional guidance and support to the Fulfillment team. The Ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing an extra hand in fulfillment operations by proficiently handling and maintaining the upkeep of inventory stock on the sales floor, providing guidance to team members regarding order fulfillment while ensuring accuracy in prescription fulfillment, and providing leadership to a dedicated team of associates.
Essential Functions:
- Daily upkeep with re-stocking inventory on sales floor
- Available to support Management with monthly physical inventory counts
- Aid management with daily upkeep on processing returned orders
- Collaborate with Management to optimize efficiencies in daily operations
- Provide clarification on prescription-related queries to team members
- Provide guidance regarding order fulfillment-related queries to team members
- Lead and manage the weekend shift as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure positive customer experiences by addressing matters promptly and efficiently
- Proactively communicate and collaborate across diverse teams through messaging platforms daily
- Conduct daily checks to ensure all routes are labeled with bag counts on safes at the end of each day
Additional Responsibilities:
- Aid in accepting and receiving facility related delivery shipments as needed
- Aid in handling, storing and notifying management of returned IT equipment
- Coordinating outgoing shipments of requested documents, supplies, and other items for Retail locations
- Assist management with organizing and staging Gift with Purchase Promo items as needed
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Available to work four 10-hour shifts per week, including one overlapping day with the Fulfillment Manager, within a 7-day schedule
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proactive in providing guidance to team members
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Adhering to strict protocols to prioritize legal and regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of inventory management and prescription fulfillment processes
- Perform in a fast-paced work environment that requires detailed work and precision
- Ability to lift 40 lbs., and perform various physical movements, including reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, and fine motor actions as needed
