POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides support and leadership in making progress toward achievement of departmental strategic goals. The OCC Coordinator is a proven leader who directs the day-to-day activities of the office. The coordinator must be familiar with medical terminology, sensitivity to confidential matters and exhibit the ability to problem-solve. This role must demonstrate exceptional customer service skill that support the organizations mission, vision and values. This also serves in the Occ Med Tech role. Other duties as required.

1 year related experience

Required Registration/License/Certification

DOT and non-DOT certifications for drug screening and breath alcohol testing within 30 days of hire or transfer

Certification in Audiometry and Spirometry within 6 months of hire or transfer

BLS within 90 days of hire or transfer

Preferred Education
-
Some college; Associates Degree
-
Preferred Experience
-
2 years or more in a progressive supervisory role in a medical environment
