Front Office Manager
Holiday Inn & Suites Maple Grove – Waterpark
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Schedule: Full-Time | Must have open availability — able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays without exception
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)

The Front Desk Manager will work closely with the General Manager to deliver a memorable experience for the hotel's guests and associates. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and provide clear and concise training. Solid organizational skills are a must for this position. Essential Job Expectations:
- Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
- Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to exceed every guest's expectations
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
- Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and other accountable
