Position Summary:
The Sample Associate is part of the Distribution Center team. This role contributes to the success of the company by inspecting all outbound sample products and shipment for the end user are in excellent condition. The Associate supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to versatility and excellence in all we produce.

Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this role, the team member is frequently required to stand, walk, talk and hear. The team member frequently is required to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The team member is frequently required to sit; The team member must occasionally lift, move and/or push up to 80 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
- Must be able to tolerate conditions associated with no air conditioning or heat.
Major Duties Include:
- Completes sample activities for outbound orders and replies to Sales Customer Service team in a timely manner
- Completes daily sample warehouse bin replenishments
- Transfers all inspected inventory to its corresponding bin in the Sample Warehouse on a daily or as needed basis
- Assists Sample Sr. Specialist with bar code printing or product inspection as needed
- Assists Sample Sr. Specialist returning unused items to their assigned bins and completes the transfer in SAP
- Receives sample inventory from factories and stocks them in their assigned bins
- Assists Pickers locating products in the Sample Warehouse
- Communicates to Managers when there are high instances of products that do not meet minimum standards for the Sample Warehouse
- Repacks and processes production orders to convert into -SPL
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment in assigned aisle or areas
- Assists with container offloading and any other warehouse duties
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Contributes to department teamwork by demonstrating strong time and attendance records, especially during month-end
- Records personal daily punches and approves accurate bi-weekly time and attendance records
- Actively participates in all one-on-one and group meetings
- Promotes our FOH® Culture in all interaction
Education, Experience & Computer Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in warehouse, QC or related environment
- Experience with Warehouse Management System, SAP B1, and handheld devices
- Basic understanding of computer programs
- Familiar with WMS, SAP Business One

The salary/hourly range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including, but not limited to, work experience, territory, geographical location, etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
