About the Role
You'll be a front-line hero for our clients, providing both onsite and remote technical support with an eye for proactive problem-solving and a passion for keeping networks humming. This position requires both autonomy and collaboration as you help shape the stability and security of our clients' IT environments.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Mastery
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document complex network and server issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Support and maintain client networks, infrastructure, and virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, SQL, Remote Desktop, and more).
- Utilize ConnectWise, Active Directory, Powershell, and other advanced tools to ensure seamless IT operations.
- Perform installations, migrations, upgrades, and proactive maintenance activities.
Client-Focused Service
- Deliver clear, courteous, and solution-oriented communication to all users, regardless of technical ability or title.
- Lead or assist with Routine Health Assessments (RHAs) and help other engineers grow their capabilities and communication.
- Identify systemic issues and provide sustainable solutions—or escalate when needed.
Team and Project Involvement
- Collaborate with Service and Project Managers to tackle strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Keep your queue and board squeaky clean, organized, and moving.
- Assist with scheduling, ticket review, and documentation excellence.
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 18–36 months of experience in a similar role or proven technical proficiency.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft ecosystems, Windows Server environments, and desktop support.
- Proficiency with VPNs, IPv4/IPv6, Office 365, Exchange, and network security practices.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (motorcycles not suitable).
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or Microsoft Partner environment.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise or similar PSA tools.
- Experience mentoring junior techs and/or leading small projects.
