Overall purpose of the role:
As a Business Development Manager at Therabody, you’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness and boosting in-store sales by becoming a passionate ambassador for our products. Your mission is to bring the Therabody experience to life in each location, identifying unique sales opportunities and building strong relationships with local store teams.
Through hands-on experience and product demonstrations, you’ll educate floor managers and staff, ensuring they are equipped and inspired to represent the brand. You’ll also be responsible for upholding our visual merchandising standards—making sure every display is on-brand, impactful, and customer-ready to enhance the in-store experience.

Key Accountabilities:
- Accelerate the sell through of Therabody in store, work with current partners and develop new relationships with key players in the retail landscape
- Ensure maximum sell out
- Deliver in-store B2C product demonstrations
- Deliver exceptional customer service and drive brand advocacy
- Training key retail sales personnel, create and deliver a cyclical in-person and online training
- Deliver sales days to raise the profile of Therabody throughout the UK

Person Specification:
- Previous experience in business development management and selling within retail and/or the consumer electronics/ wellness/sport product sector
- Open to learn and improve own performance and inspire others to want the same
- Drive team culture through a people led strategy to get the most from your contacts in stores to positively impact business results
- A natural people-person, with exceptional communication and presentation skills, for one-on-one or group interactions
- Ability to talk and present confidently to individuals and groups about Therabody product with a genuine interest
- Provide your Store list with a common purpose, inspire them with the power of the brand and coach them through shared vision and mission
- Excellent communication and organisational skills - must be able to work autonomously and provide updates via structured feedback
- Flexibility and ability to change plans dependant on the clients / estate’s needs - no week may be the same and we need a candidate comfortable with a flexi plan
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
What do we offer:
- Full time- 37.5 hrs, 12 months fixed term contract
- £32k- £34k annual salary
- Must be fully flexible between Mon-Sun
- Hybrid role ( 2 days per month working from home)
- Regular travel across the south of England and London locations, inc. Stellar Global and Therabody head office in London
- Must have your own car and valid UK driving license, car allowance will be provided
- Mileage and travel covered within budget
