Qualifications
- Active California SLP-A License (Required)
- Demonstrated Experience Working with Children, ideally within school environments
- Excellent Communication, Organization, and Collaboration Skills
- Fingerprint Background Clearance – Required for school compliance and student safety

What you"ll do
- Providedirect speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting, under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Supportclients with developmental disabilities using evidence-based practices tailored to educational environments.
- Implementindividualized treatment plans and therapy activities developed by the supervising SLP.
- Track and documentclient performance during sessions, reporting progress and concerns to the supervising SLP.
- Prepareengaging, age-appropriate therapy materials and maintain an organized therapy space within the school environment.
- Collaboratewith teachers, school staff, and families to support carryover of speech and language goals into the classroom.
- Adjust therapy approaches as needed, in collaboration with the SLP, to meet individual student needs and educational goals.
- Communicateeffectively and compassionately with students, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support therapy outcomes
- Adhereto ethical guidelines, state licensure regulations, and school protocols relevant to SLPA practice.
The pay range for this role is:35 - 45 USD per hour(Delano, California)
