Position Summary
Provides accurate financial data and analysis to support HBH operations. Is responsible for budget development, billing, and grant management.
Primary Position Responsibilities
1.Assists in the development of operating and capital budgets.
2.Analyzes trends and volume necessary to achieve budget/expense goals.
3.Monitors all revenue for HBH and Psychiatry and conducts periodic audits.
4.Creates a profit and loss report for all HBH departments.
5.Performs all aspects of grant management on the State and County level.
6.Effectively interacts and collaborates throughout all levels of the healthcare system.
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or related field
Preferred:
Advanced Specialized or Technical Training in Healthcare
Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):
Required:
3-5 years accounting and/or finance experience
Preferred:
Healthcare Experience
License, Registry or Certification:
Required:
None
Preferred:
Certification in business or accounting.
Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
Required:
Electronic Billing and Data collection systems.
Preferred:
Familiar with State of New Jersey and County Grants. Working knowledge of Next Gen EMR.
