In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Senior Technical Project Manager to help plan, organize, and deliver a variety of digital projects. You’ll dig into data, put your keen eye to work through QA testing, and take on new challenges as your skills grow. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing projects within the web department, supporting planning and execution efforts.
- Help define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in partnership with Account Services.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment by encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Follow established quality standards and procedures to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and industry benchmarks.
- Support risk identification and mitigation efforts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to help identify opportunities for innovation and improved processes.
- Assist in drafting communications to clients and/or Account Service teams to provide updates and address questions or concerns.
- Support project documentation including business requirements, project plans, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Help prepare status reports for stakeholders, outlining project progress, key issues, and action items.
- Participate in post-project reviews to capture insights, lessons learned, and ideas for future improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or related work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in project coordination
- Great attention to detail and ability to learn new tasks efficiently
- Experience in an advertising agency setting or managing multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excels in a collaborative team setting
- Working knowledge of web technologies, Content Management Systems, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint), Adobe Acrobat
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to handle changing priorities
