Description:
SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to perform tool repair, assemble tools, assemble attachments or modify tools. Also, inspect incoming purchased tools. Ability to use the computer. Receive and ship product.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs preventative maintenance on molds.
- Complete work orders as assigned by the Tool Maintenance Supervisor.
- Disassemble molds for repair.
- Reassemble molds.
- Clean mold surfaces.
- Assess mold conditions and report findings to the Tool Maintenance Supervisor.
- Update required documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and solutions oriented.
- Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot tool issues.
- Must be good at hands on assembly operation.
- At least 1-3 years of related experience in a manufacturing tool making environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Stands and walks 8+ hours a day.
- Push, Pull, and Lift up to 75 LBS.
