· Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles accurately and efficiently
· Perform work in accordance with factory and dealership standards
· Stay current with Mazda training and other OEM certifications
· Collaborate with service advisors and teammates to deliver an exceptional customer experience
· Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
· Keeps shop area neat and clean.
