Position Summary:
- The Guest Services Associate supports the Guest Services Manager by coordinating transportation logistics and ensuring the smooth handling of guests' belongings. Based at "Clark’s Cabin," a central area for storing, delivering, and tracking items such as overnight luggage and golf clubs, you will contribute to a seamless and exceptional experience for our guests throughout their stay.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome the Guests: Greet each guest with a warm, friendly attitude and assist with their luggage and transportation needs.
- Coordinate Logistics: Ensure smooth pickup, storage, and delivery of guests' golf bags and personal belongings, working closely with the Front Desk.
- Answer Inquiries: Provide personalized information and assistance to guests, addressing their needs to ensure a seamless stay.
- Assist with Rentals: Help guests with the rental process for fat-tire bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and other outdoor gear, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support Shipsticks: Assist with Shipsticks pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring efficient processing of all orders.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the Guest Services area organized, neat, and ready for each guest’s arrival.
- Lead When Needed: Take charge and oversee operations in the absence of the Guest Services Supervisor.

- Requirements: Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass both a background check and drug screening.

- You’ll work in both indoor and outdoor environments, experiencing the beauty of nature—rain or shine. Be prepared for the elements and active physical work, including lifting, standing, and moving guests' belongings. You’ll receive proper training to navigate these conditions safely.
