About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our pricing team in either our Merriam, KS or Springfield, MO office. The Pricing Assistant plays a key role in organizing and maintaining pricing data, supporting internal communication, and assisting with fundamental data analysis to help drive informed business decisions.
- Schedule: This is a part-time position requiring 25–30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Daily hours are flexible, but all work must be completed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Compensation: Starting at $20/hour (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
What you"ll do
- Provide administrative support to the pricing team
- Assist with reviewing, loading, updating, and tracking special pricing agreements
- Gather, clean, and prepare reports for pricing analysis
- Communicate with other internal departments regarding updates, renewals, and deadlines
- Perform data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Stay organized and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment
