Core Job Functions
- Recommends budgetary needs to provide for the completion of projects as appropriate. Deadlines are met as designated.
- Serves as initial point of contact. Researches/obtains supporting documents/information when applicable and when appropriate attempts to resolve issues. Coordinates travel schedule and makes travel arrangements.
- Completes assignments within designated deadlines. Maintains administration of Administrative invoices and contract payments. Maintains and organizes administrative files and electronic database.
- Schedules committee meetings on behalf of Vice President or Committee Chair. Reserves meeting rooms. Records and distributes minutes.
