Job Purpose
We are looking for a Marketing & Brand Engagement Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts, social media presence, and brand engagement. This flexible, part-time position is well-suited for someone who is familiar with the digital space—whether through personal use, education, or prior experience—and enjoys content creation, brand engagement, and online storytelling.
The role will evolve over time, with responsibilities expanding based on skills, creativity, and company needs. This position is ideal for students, freelancers, or individuals looking for a side opportunity that allows them to apply and grow their digital skills without the structure of a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing social media content, including capturing, creating, and posting relevant content across platforms.
- Engage with online audiences, helping to build and maintain brand awareness through organic interactions.
- Contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and promotions.
- Help ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms, including social media, ads, and other digital assets.
- Assist in coordinating with our marketing agency, supporting campaign execution and brand consistency.
- Stay informed about digital trends and social media best practices, offering insights into how we can improve engagement.
- Work flexible hours, with the ability to take on projects as their schedule allows and as company needs require.
Requirements
Experience:
- No formal experience required, but familiarity with social media, digital content creation, or online marketing is preferred.
- Some background in graphic design, video editing, content strategy, or social media engagement is a plus but not required.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content.
- Creative mindset, with a passion for visual storytelling and branding.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for engaging with audiences and creating compelling content.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in an office setting or remotely, depending on assigned tasks.

- Availability for flexible, part-time hours, typically between 15-30 hours per week, but adaptable based on workload.
